Katie's office is located in the high desert near Joshua Tree National Park where stars wheel across the night sky and stunning daytime vistas abound. She is close to the Palm Springs and Ontario airports and within driving distance for client meetings in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and the Inland Empire.

Prior to her communications career, Katie taught scuba diving to students 12 years old and up on Hawaii's Big Island, K-12 outdoor science on California's Catalina Island, and K-12 after-school science in Orange County, CA.

Katie holds a master's degree in education from National University.
